Spoke with Robert's wife. She said they were reliable, but at the same time they were not reliable. She said that when they expressed concerns about the vehicle to the sales guy, he wrote that here was nothing wrong with the vehicle. She added that he made her sign the paper saying there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. She said a few days later they addressed the problem, but they were not honest and up-front about the vehicle. She said they had only had the vehicle a few days when it started having problems. She stated all the problems she had with the vehicle could have been prevented if they had been honest, instead of just wanting to sell the vehicle.
