In early February, I purchased a vehicle with the expectation, as detailed in the contract, of receiving a second key. Despite a month of efforts to resolve this issue, the sales team has been unresponsive to my inquiries, saying there is nothing they can do to fix the inconvenience. Moreover, I feel that my concerns have been overlooked since the sale was completed. This experience has been quite frustrating. I think it's a good idea for potential buyers to conduct thorough research and do due diligence before finalizing any agreements.
