*FUTURE CUSTOMER BEWARE*

Had my car in for a basic bumper replacement with a respray. I picked cataldos specifically cause such a big company should be able to do this with ease and it look new. I was able to get in fast also which was a huge plus. Well when I picked up my car I could tell the bumper was off color. I had two separate garages look at the job and agreed that it’s not a good paint job and that the color is off but also where they taped off the bumper it’s clearly showing and almost peeling off. So I decided I should call and have them check out the bumper and see what they can do. The manager looked at the bumper and instantly blamed it on being plastic. I also showed him where the bumper was peeling. He told me that this was a good job and nothing can be done to help me. I’m really surprised that he was not willing to help me in any kind of way. After the manager was no help at getting the situation fixed I tried calling to get the owner but was unable to get him to take my call. I did get another manager to take a call and was told basically the same thing but was also blamed for the paint peeling saying I was the one picking at the paint. It’s clearly from the tape but I was blamed anyways for their mistake. This was a simple bumper respray that they didn’t match and didn’t want to fix. Imagine what horror stories are out there of full repairs that they totally messed up. I now have to pay four and a half years on a car with a mismatched bumper. Future customers beware cause this company does not care about you.
