3 days to schedule service and you won't even read the check engine code?
3 days lead time to schedule regular maintenance is OK but $150 for an oil change that I could have gotten done at Jiffy Lube with no appointment and your refusal to simply read the check engine code?
Pep Boys will read it for free with any kind of service. I can buy a device to read it myself for $20 on SHEIN.COM. Why would I pay you $250 and have to make yet another appointment to simply read the check engine code?
It is highly unlikely that I will use your services again - while you do good work, the value and convenience are simply not there.
