Worst apartments DONT LEASE HERE
I’m currently about to end my lease here at casa Madrid and honestly it has been such a bad experience with not only neighbor complaints for no reason but especially management. I reached out to Management who told me twice that they would waive a late fee but never kept their word.
I’ve called multiple times about my lease to make sure I would pay on time but due to their lack of communication between the team and getting back to me. I accumulated the late fees. When I reached out about them due to instructions from them and not hearing back they claimed to have no idea what I was talking about.

Make sure to get anything in writing as they seem to not be able to keep their word. I am now having to pay late fees that should’ve been waived due to not getting what they told me in writing.

If you plan to live here or live here already make sure everything is in writing because they will act like nothing was mentioned.

Thieves
They tried to move me into a more expensive apt. When my lease was up. I moved out of state. They kept my deposit plus charged me 1700 to supposedly paint and replace carpet that wasn't new when I moved in. I couldn't go to court. They ruined my credit. Not to mention they are heartless thieves. Save yourself alot of anguish and money by finding somewhere else to rent.

Its an up and down feeling when you move into your first apartment. I mean, I feel great to have my new apartment, but I want to be clear. I will be 100 % truthful with my review. Customer service is big with me, and they nailed it. They tried really hard to find me a place, even called a few other apartment complexes before they had an opening. Setting up was easy. Simple calls to Anaheim water and power, and getting renters insurance online. Now i'm in a studio. So for the size, its nice. My unit came with a Refrigerator and stove. I love the restroom. Its like another room with room to change in, and big closet. Down side: Well the big thing is the parking. Parking is a hassle because I think most people there have a few more cars then they should. I get lucky because I have a spot, but when my girlfriend comes over its a hassle because I have to save her a spot so then she can park in my spot. Last thing is bugs. Now I do keep finding spiders there and I believe its not the apartments fault. I think beauty comes with a price, and the price of having so many trees and plants and flowers is that there are bugs. I spray my patio and my doors a lot. They aren't the dangerous ones , the daddy long legs ones but no one likes spiders. But I don't find them every day I mean you will encounter one once in a while. But the its a nice place. Place is very quiet, and everyone keeps to themselves.

I have been here 2 yrs. Still no hot water for washing dishes. Also, I get about 2 hot shoes per month. Cold to luke warm mostly. Good luck?
I gave up requesting service requests. I fill up a hot water container and carry it to kitchen sink to do my dishes. My daily showers are nothing to write family and friends about.

Management is the gold key to this place!
Location for me is perfect and the amenities/ scenery is very attractive. Love the floor plan and layout of my apartment including my own backyard!
