I purchased a car but wasn’t happy with it. Good luck trying to return it. I scheduled a date for return and 11 hours later and I’m still waiting for someone to arrive. To make matters worse, I’m being told I’m responsible for the car until they pick it up. My responsibility ended when we agreed to a pick up date. Your delay is not my fault. Shifting liability to me because you failed to pick up the car is a poor practice. This is a bad business and I am complaining directly to my attorney general about my experience. I’m sure you are trying to stiff me with the purchase.
