Honesty and service focus
In all of my 63 years on this planet and the multiple vehicles I have owned and had serviced I have never had service performed where the owner of the repair shop (Chris) and his staff go out of their way to give you the best service possible at the most fair, honest and economical cost. Even to the point of personally showing you the bad part they replaced and explaining how it failed. The location may not look as pretty as a dealer service location but I can promise you the service is better and a lower cost.
