Maven Autobody is the Best.
Danny and all of the staff did an excellent job of fixing my Subaru, after a hit and run accident. They took care of the repairs, dealt with the insurance company and helped with a car rental. They kept me well informed, and I always felt like they had my back.

From Total Loss To Full Recovery
Hillel, Danny, Alan and everyone at Maven made it their job to satisfy us as customers. Insurance wanted to claim a total loss to my daughter's new Subaru Forester when the damage appeared less severe. Maven worked with the adjusters to save the car and keep us from having to go through the process of finding a replacement car. Car was delivered good as new.

Maven Autobody of Sherman Oaks is a GEM!
There is no question that Maven Auto Body is the best!! I would like to give a special mention to Hillel who went above and beyond to help me when I least expected it. He exemplifies the pinnacle of exceptional customer service and ensures that the entire process is seamless and stress-free. Initially, I first reached out to them to get a quote to replace my rear bumper because I was rear ended. From that point on, things took a turn. It came up in conversation that I was in a previous accident 2 years ago. Hillel was so kind and offered to take a look at the repairs on how well the job was done. Long story short, he discovered they did a lousy job and reopened the case to get the job done correctly. The repairs started adding up and he found other issues that were not addressed from the initial repair shop. He kept me up to date on what was going on and he fought so hard for me to make things right. At the end, my car was deemed a total loss (which should have been 2 years ago). Now, I am driving a brand new car all thanks to the absolute GEM of a human, Hillel!! If you're searching for an auto body shop where expertise meets genuine care for the customer experience, don't hesitate. Make your way to Maven Body Shop and ask for Hillel. I am beyond happy to have found this shop and will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family! You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent customer service
Everyone there at Maven did an excellent job on taking care of my car, and was very polite, and answered all my questions repaired my car as fast as they could picked it up, was in excellent condition with a new polish may be very happy. We definitely use them again thank you.

Nightmare situation turned into a dream
After having my car hit at a red light, and then stolen by a crooked tow truck, driver, Maven Auto Body was able to fix my collision repair in a fair, honest way, while keeping me informed and updated during each process. Amazing Experience
They were very helpful and quick with the repairs. They will work with you with or without insurance. If you have any questions about any repairs on your vehicle they don’t hesitate to answer them. Amazing job car looks brand new.

Worth the wait
I feel confident in the high quality of the repair, and the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately it took a long time to complete the repair, but this was in large part due to the other driver's insurance company, which did not want to have to pay for top quality auto parts. But Maven did a great job working with them and getting them to cover everything in the end.

Owners rude to customers and takes 4x the estimate time
The repair took almost 4 weeks to repair, from their 6-7 day quote estimate agreed by them and the insurance.
The owner/partner was extreme rude on the phone claiming that “these Fortune 500 insurance companies can afford it”

I will never go there again.
They did pretty good repair work fixing the car which was good, despite ripping my driver seat some more
