Delays in getting parts took repairs longer than expected, making coordinating rental coverage and insurance companies a major problem
Repairs took longer than expected and there were a number of communication break downs between my insurance company, the company of the person at fault for the crash, and the amount of time and money I had to put out of pocket and follow up on. I understand there were challenges with getting parts for my vehicle, but I had to be proactive throughout the experience to coordinate everything from rental extension to dealing with each insurance company. State Farm is the worst in this whole experience.
