Work/repair quality is excellent. Customer service leaves much to be desired.
I was raised believing that if you can't say something nice, that you shouldn't say anything at all. In that light, the quality of repair is undetectable from the vehicle's original appearence. I cannot say anything else.

Staff was friendly and kept me updated on progress.
Parts wet ordered and on-site prior to my repair. Friendly front office kept me informed and my vehicle was ready a day before it was promised, meaning my out of pocket rental cost was less than anticipated
All staff, whether productive or administrative or management, works together to answer all our questions and moves work to completion. Team work is essential for staff to apply their individual expertise to keep all players competent and productive.
