Crappy job!
Carstar took their sweet time and never got my car fixed properly. Apparently they are a Subaru certified collision center but now I feel like a local non certified Subi collision place can do much better.

Body Shop
Carstar did a great job with repairing the damage. Everyone there was friendly and friendly. They explained what had to be done to repair the car, how much it would cost and how long it would take. They worked with my insurance company. They did a great job.

Very professional
The car was disabled out of state. They coordinated the retrieval of the car and expedited the repairs. They communicated regularly. The made what could have been a difficult situation hassle free. Well done!
