The staff at the front desk is rude
I recently got directed to carstar by my insurance company to get an assessment. The shop called my husband twice to schedule the appointment. However, when I arrived at the shop at the scheduled appointment time, the lady at the front desk told me the afternoon was blocked as no assessor was onsite. Apparently, the shop messed up the appointment and she didn’t even apologize about it. She insisted that we didn’t schedule the appointment; however, we do have the phone record showing the shop called to schedule the appointment. She told me I need to come back in two weeks to get my car assessed and put me on a new appointment in two weeks and told me that’s all she could do. I asked her if they messed up this appointment, how do they make sure they won’t mess up the next one? She refused to answer my question and asked me to leave. The shop is very unprofessional without even apologize to the customer about their mistake. I would highly encourage everyone to avoid this shop.

Excellent job
The staff at Carstar was very friendly, helpful and professional. They did an excellent job in restoring the damage and returning a sanitized and very clean car.

Hamza said that he had a great experience at this business. John was super helpful with all the information he provided. He also kept him updated on the status of his vehicle. His vehicle was finished promptly, within a week of dropping it off. They went above and beyond to help him out.

Linda said they arranged a loaner for her, finished 3 days before expected and the technician sanitized her entire vehicle for her, cleaned her interior and she was happy, bumper was fixed nicely, the sensors were tested and they dealt with insurance so she didn't have to. She was impressed with Eric when he met her outside and got the key from her rental to keep her safe in these covidvirus times and showed her the vehicle. She will use them again for a personal repair very soon.
