I chose this location because it was Subaru certified and I also was pressed on time to get my car in for repair. I waited 2 weeks to have my car taken in for the repairs and 47 days for them to complete the repair. An additional 2 weeks had already gone by since the accident before the wait time/repair process started. They made promises they did not keep and became rude towards the end of the process for inquiring about the lengthy repair time.

Excellent experience with CARSTAR
I highly recommend CARSTAR. I had a great experience with this company. Personnel carefully went thorough the estimate of repairs with me, the cost of repairs was what I expected, I was kept informed during the process’s my car was even ready a day early.

Our point of contact at CarStar, Josh was great to work with, he communicated regularly, keeping me updated on the status of our vehicle from the first estimate to supplemental estimates patiently explaining, terminology and issues with the vehicle damage to me. Ultimately it was determined the frame of the vehicle was bent and could not be repaired to Subaru and Carstar standards. I especially appreciate joshes honesty and integrity throughout the process, ensuring that what is right for the customer always came first safety is paramount for us. and Josh shared this belief.
I would highly recommend Carstar for anyone seeking collision services, and would use them in a heartbeat if I ever find myself again in an accident requiring collision center repairs.

Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Met all of their commitments with no surprises. Very communicative about status, parts delays, or any other aspect of the repair. The repairs is outstanding and the car was spotless when delivered.
Good and reliable experience - would recommend to others
The extent of the damage took around 3 months to complete due to backordered parts. Rob and team at CarStar made sure to keep me informed with updates and timelines. I've had my car back for about a week now and I'm fairly happy with the quality of work performed. I'd trust CarStar again should I need them.
