Jay and the front desk person (I forgot her name) were great - they explained the process, gave me updates on the progress, and were very accommodating when I had to change dates/times for dropping off. Plus I got the car back several days earlier than they had estimated. I was going through insurance, so I can't speak to cost. I'll definitely consider going to them again if I need repairs.
