Felt tricked
They told me they had the parts to fix my car and to drop it off. Also, they told me that they never reuse one time use parts per Subaru. However, when I picked my car up they then told me that they reused a single use trim for my window because it was back ordered. You can see a scuff on it as well throwing off the look of the repairs. It would’ve been helpful for them to tell me that ahead of time so that I could drop off my car when they had the parts as it was still drivable. Because they only told me this when I picked it up, it made it so that I have to just accept getting less than promised due to not having the time to drop it off again.

There are not enough positive things I can say about Daniel and the team here! As a fellow small business owner myself, I always look into reviews before doing business with someone new. The collision center had impressive reviews across the board — I can attest they absolutely deliver above and beyond what people are saying here! I came to Daniel and the team after doing some research through Subaru for a certified body shop for my brand new 2024 Outback Wilderness that was involved in an accident late August. I was contacted bi-weekly (sometimes more if there was important updates!) throughout the entire process letting me know how everything was going. Daniel worked tirelessly to battle insurance even when things got fustrating and pushback occurred. I was back in my vehicle just shy of 2 months of my accidentl and incredibly thrilled with the work done! You’d never know looking at the exterior of the vehicle anything was done! I already referred a friend to use this business, but I highly encourage any car owner to trust these guys to get you back on the road safely! I’ve attached some before and afters!

Outstanding work and communications. Car looks great again!
Throughout my reviews I have noted that this shop did great work and was on top of communicating with us. Each Tuesday and Thursday we were advised how repairs were going when the car was in the shop.

BEST AROUND!!! Superior Customer service
Customer service is a lost art these days, but not at CARSTAR. Staff extremely professional and courteous. Made me feel confident in leaving my 2013 Subaru. Repairs looked beautiful. Car was even detailed on the inside. Recommend to anyone needing body repair . If I ever need body repair , I will ONLY go to CARSTAR.

Great job!!
Total professionals. Felt like they were my next door neighbors! Kept me informed, easy scheduling, and repairs were top notch. Best repair experience ever. Not that I’ve had that many, but the few I have, were never this easy.
