Disappointed result
very disappointed in the work performed in the timeframe; I wouldn't consider returning to this shop and will look to have the outstanding items completed at another shop.

Do the job and it probably orderly manner and make sure it is downright make sure the customer is happy
They were never upfront about anything about how long it was gonna take about what they had to do to it every day it was something else and they had very poor customer service they didn’t try to do anything for me for having to wait in the car not being right whenever it was done

As we discussed prior, you are welcome to come back in so we can discuss any issues you have and try to correct anything we can that is covered under the repair scope and claim. I would like to resolve any issues you may have with the repairs to ensure we have provided the best quality repair. I understand the time of repair was longer than you had expected and we tried to get your vehicle back to you as quick as we could. However I would like to say once more that whenever you have time to bring the vehicle back we can address any issues you may have and try to resolve them. Good workmanship
My coworker hit my brand new vehicle, resulting in needing a new bumper. I was concerned that the paint would not match as I had only had my car for three months and she was still so new to me. They did a great job replacing and painting the bumper, and called in the rep to help mix the paint as they had trouble getting it to match. You can’t even tell it’s a replacement part on a brand new vehicle!

Excellent work
The person that was assigned my car originally was not up to the carstar standard so they are no longer employed. After that the experience was excellent. The manager made sure I was getting the texts about my progress and made sure that the rear bumper had no flaws before owing it to be picked up. They take pride in their work and I appreciate their honesty and workmanship.

Terrible quality of repair, bad painting. Multiple Re-work. Not accurate estimates timing.
This car (Subaru outback 2018) took 4 months to repair. The repair wasn't even major. But due to bad quality of repair, bad paint, and poor quality control this caused multiple re-work, lossing so much time. Initially I was told this would take 2-3 weeks. So obviously the repair took 4 months! So at the end I received the car, and I still have alignment issues which could potentially impact safety. I'd not recommend this body shop as a Subaru certificate body shop. As a customer I have a big believe in Subaru high quality and safety. But, unfortunately, I didn't see the quality nor safety both in Carstar A-1 Auto.
