What a terribly run business. I have had NOTHING but trouble since purchasing a vehicle there. My temporary tag expired because they never bothered to process my permanent registration until I called and asked them what the problem was. Then I had to drive 60 miles back to their dealership to pick up my tag once they finally did their job. Today, I went to the title agency to print out a paper copy of my electronic title and they NEVER REMOVED THE LIEN that was paid for since 12/4/18. Today is 2/7/19. By the way, the engine blew up 2 months after purchase of vehicle and that is why I need the title TODAY. So that I can sell it tomorrow. If I lose my buyer for this undrivable car because if the inadequacy of Cars Trade Center to run a proper business, that will be unfortunate. When they finally called me today, I was told they released the lien today and maybe I could print a title Monday. I expressed my aggravation and was told by the person on the phone "I'm just a regular employee here and that's all I can tell you". When I asked for the owner I was told "he doesn't speak to customers". This is an unfortunate mess and I'm looking to Cars Trade Center to make good on it. I rated 1 star because google forced me to in order to leave a review.
