Would be five stars, except for one thing
I appreciate the service. They were friendly and nice and willing to work with me. The reason why I decided to go with them was there customer service on the phone could not have been nicer it just bothered me that I had talked to the customer service person for a long time about the issues I had with the carpet And then when the professional showed up, they asked me what I want. They didn’t do a good job. I was surprised after talking so long to the customer service person that that didn’t get. Conveyed to the technicians.

I did a previous review on this company. I was disappointed in my service because they left my rug with large wrinkles in it and told me to use books to get them out. That didn’t work. Later they said they would refund my money and eventually that is what they did. I just wanted a clean rug and I think they could have taken it to their company and laid it out and gotten the wrinkles out. I am happy to have my money back and feel they did the right thing. I still have wrinkles and not sure if they will ever fall out. Best of luck Carolina Steam.

professional, reasonable cost. superb service
Alex cleaned three large area rugs on Saturday. professional, respectful, considerate, efficient. the rugs are beautiful and sterilized now. a little ruffly at the edges but i expect that'll smooth out over time and traffic.

Chairs look like new!
Brad has cleaned my carpets for years. Today he cleaned a wing chair my dog had called his. I was amazed. It looked like new. I had him clean the matching chair. I am very happy with all the work he has done here. His prices are much more reasonable than the company I had previously used.

Carpet Cleaning
I have used Carolina Steam for several years now. I had tried several of the big names in the past, but once I started using Brad and Carolina Steam, I have stuck with them. Nice people and they do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.
