Terrible dealership
If you value honesty, competence, or basic human decency, avoid this dealership at all costs. My experience here has been a chain of negligence, deception, and outright disrespect.

They couldn't even repair a simple driver-side mirror correctly -- the first job was so careless I had to come back a second time. During another visit, they broke my passenger-side mirror and didn't tell me. I had to return just to get them to admit what happened and fix what THEY damaged.

When they claimed they wanted to 'make things right,' I agreed to pay for the part if they covered labor. Instead, the service manager Aaron accused me of trying to pay with a counterfeit bill and then charged my debit card anyway. That level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and borderline predatory.

They dragged out my peeling-rail issue for so long that my warranty conveniently expired, leaving me without the support I was entitled to. And now, I've been receiving after-hours calls and hang-ups from the dealership -- behavior that is not only unprofessional but concerning.

I have already opened a case with corporate because the pattern of misconduct here is far beyond a simple mistake or miscommunication. This dealership needs to be investigated. I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that actually values integrity and customer safety. I've spoken with sales manager Rene and service manager Page to no avail.
