Car buying
Bought a vehicle from here. Worst dealer I have ever dealt with in my life! DHC dodge in Temecula is the best! And I wish they had what I was looking for. Was told there was two keys with vehicle. ( possible miscommunication with myself and sales representatives) because there was one switch blade key and one regular key. Sales rep Sarah was very nice. Just a possible miscommunication. I brought it to the sales manger Joyce attention and she was rude and didn’t give a care at all what my concerns were about the other key considering I just spent thousands of dollars at this dealer and out 6,000 down on a vehicle. She was the most rude face of a company being a manger I have ever dealt with. Didn’t even say it could have been a miscommunication I can offer you a percentage off a new switch blade key. But yet she was rude and said by law we don’t have to give you that or make the prior owner give it to us and you can cancel you car purchase for 500.00. What a joke! After they have ran my credit and I had spent hours dealing with this! Then I call the general manager Scott and leave a message No contact back! I email him no response! I contacted finance representative and informed him of my concerns he said he will have someone contact me, no contact back! So I had to contact Hyundai America. Also of today I have had the car in my possession for 4 days. I took to a shop and had vehicle looked at. And they told me no oil change was done, windshield wipers weren’t replaced, nor was cabin filter. Mind you this is a certified vehicle! Oil filter is a aftermarket filter not even Hyundai filter! Beware when buying from this dealer! Once they get you to sign that contract they treat you like trash!!!!! Don’t buy from here! If looking for a car look up DCH dodge Temecula! They take amazing care of people who are spending thousands of dollars! Just warning people to be careful. They tell you what you want to hear on these reviews but do the exact opposite behind the scenes!
