Carpros kia of Glendale suck from the moment I talked to the salesman on the phone he lied to me about the vehicle I was inquiring about he told me they had it on hold especially for me then told me I was approved and good to go sign papers for the vehicle give my down payment and the car was mine to finance then I get their the car I wanted was not their it was at another dealership and it might of been sold already then had me waiting for a few hrs without even telling me what was going on just told me to sit down then came back told me to go sign papers give my down payment then I could leave with my vehicle 2weeks later telling me I needed a CO signer or they would pick the vehicle up then picked up vehicle & charged me from my down payment money& left me with no money no car no way of getting to work Iam so depressed I haven't even shown up for work Very bad fraudulent dealership.

Carpros kia of Glendale suck they lied to me from the moment I got to the dealership very unprofessional and I'm sure they have done this to other customers scammed me out of my down payment money took their car back making me think the contract I signed was approved and ready to go now I have no down payment to look somewhere else Iam Without a vehicle to get to work & no money to buy another car Iam so depressed I cannot believe this fraudulent dealership did this to me I highly recommend whoever is thinking about going to this car pros in Glendale be aware of fraud my life will never be the same.

This dealership is totally unprofessional and they do not care about customers at all. I have visited LA areas for a week, found interesting deal on their website and called them first time 5 days ago. Salesman took all my information and stock number of specific K5 I wanted. He told me, he will call me back in an hour with total out the door price that I have asked. Three days later, I called again with same kind of answer and response. Today I was closed to dealership and asked sales associate to speak to sales manager, instead of being given time frame when I will receive call back about deal, I have been told, the manager is busy and he can not answer the phone call or call you back. Even after several conversations with Salesman, I have been told, he call me back but never received call back. I checked google review and found out many other customers complained and no wonder why u had such an unprofessional experience with them. I don’t write reviews very often but I felt I needed it to share my experience with them so other car buyer don’t have same kind of experience. For me it felt like these guys were not willing to do business at all. My star rating would be negative instead one star that you have to select.
