Your's is there's
Alot of my stuff came up missing while my car was locked up inside in there shop. Inside job all the way. We talkn over $1000 in tools just poof gone vaporized. You'd think at $50 a day for storage your belongings would be safe. Safe from the public maybe. Idk what you getting for $50 a day far as protection of your property but I hate it for you if you end up having your vehicle stored by them.

Over 2 hr wait for a 3 Block pickup?
I called AAA for a radiator hose failure. Car Pros was selected and I'm still waiting! There shop is 2 MINUTES AWAY! NEVER USE THEM AND REFUSE IF Carpros is selected.

They definitely aren’t “pros” in any way whatsoever
My wife had a dead battery and roadside assistance sent these idiots out from this car pros. This guy didn’t even know how to hook up jumper cables and my wife had to show him the positive and negative terminals. Then when she called the amateurs at their business location to let them know the kid doesn’t know what he was doing, the manager tried to say it was her fault that the guy didn’t understand a + and - . If they don’t know how to hook up jumper cables, then I wouldn’t trust them to touch my vehicle.

Very unknowlageable about car repairs
My car was towed there by AAA, because that's who they recommended, never again. The reception who I gave details about the issue with my car did not communicate all the details with the tech working on my vehicle. Then I was told it needed a tune up and a new oil pan because they dont have a tap and dye kit to rethread the pan. So they did the tune up and added oil but couldn't get the pan until the next day so they took it off my order. I went and picked up my vehicle after the tune up and was told there was no issues it was done. I made it 3 miles from the shop and my vehicle shut down, which was the same issue I had before. I called them to tell them and wound u bringing it back after I was able to get it started again. They said they would check everything which I had thought was already done. So $318 for a tune up and the issue was still there. I was calling for updates and was being told they can't fiure out the issue, that it must be the computer. So 2 days later I was told they can't figure it out and I had to come get the car. I was super frustrated and did my own research because I already knew if I picked up the car I wasn't making it down the road. I found out that it could only be one thing, so I called and explained it to them and I was told that their mechanic had brought that up but they didn't want me to pay for extra parts because they weren't sure.....I then had to explain to them how to test that particular part without the scanner. I called back 3 hours later and it still hadn't been checked, so I told them to just change it, not to test it. I got a call 5 mins after they closed saying it was done. I went and picked it up and it worked fine. I was charged another $91 for that fix. Now I am having them same issue, bot as bad as before. I found out after more research that there is a second sensor that must be check or changed at the same time as the sensor that was changed. I am very disappointed with my experience and will never use them again. A customer should not have to do your job to figure out the problem when they are paying you to do it. I do not recommend this shop for anything other than an oil change or tires. They are not equipt nor are they knowledgeable enough to figure out anything more complex than that.
