Needed a new battery as my car could not start
My Battery had died as I could not start my car away from home . Car One as always accomidated me and got my car into the shop to help me. They had to order a new Battery and did with putting it in and then i was on my way, But I forgot until I left that I had a headlight and fog light out too, so I called back right away and explained, and again they told me to turn around and come back in they'd take care of it. Turned out I had 3 lights burned out and they again had to order them, got them in and all in the same day with my Battery got my car all done. They are so kind there, everyone that has helped me with respect and care. I've been going to them for my car and friends & family's too close to the time they opened and always excellent service. Their honest with their findings and prices and that is A #1 thing that keeps me coming back.
Thank you to all of the employees at the Cary, Illinois location. You always make it a pleasant experience
