I took my car in today with a 10:00 appointment for routine service and safety inspection. I was told that the wait would be about an hour and a half. Alejandro told me he would check with one of the techs to see if they could drive me home so I wouldn't have to wait. I never heard back from Alejandro so I ended up waiting. Other than that I was very happy with their service. They were very thorough and gave me a complete report at the end. I would have no problem going back there.
