Twice Car Doc has come to my rescue. Both times have related to the shield .underneath the front of my car. I'll describe my experience this morning.
I'm here with my friend and when we were returning from dinner last night, we heard something dragging under my car. and discovered it was the shield under the front of my Avalon, They are low in front and even coming up against a curb can loosen the shield. I'm leaving tomorrow, so I knew it must be fixed in a hurry.
I remembered visiting nearby Car Doc two years ago and knew I trusted them.
I arrived there at 7 am because I thought they opened then, rather than 8 am. I decided to wait in my car, and at 7:30 am, Dominic arrived.
I explained my situation. He immediately jacked up my car and attached my shield back where it belonged. This was even before the shop opened at 8 am. It took him 5 - 10 minutes. I asked where to pay, and he said it was only a 5 minute fix and he wouldnt let me pay anything. He said you just have a nice day. They are so nice, friendly and honest there. I can't praise that repair shop enough. Id give 10 stars if I coukd. thank you so.much, Dominic. Y'all are the best!
