Extremely nice and an effort was made to fix my problem but unfortunately it was not fixed. After having to pay for them to inspect, they were unable to identify the true cause of the problem and it still exists. Very frustrating. Again, great customer service (hence 3 stars) but not really happy that I am still going to have to search for a solution for my Cadillac's screen (why I can't give 5 stars).
