Sold me a car that they knew was defective.
They sold me a car knowing it has issues. Brand new must have taken it into service 15-20 times and never fixed the issues. I have called and emailed everyone including Subaru USA and they told them I was to difficult so they never return my calls it fix my issues

New Auto puchase
My 80 year old Mmother bought a New Subaru Last Night. We started the process with calling a fried of mine who works there Chi Nguyen. He was super helpful and introduced us to Cameron Robinson to help us with the process. He was over the top knowledgeable on his product lines and treated my mother like a million dollars. He spent at least as half hour with her going over her new car purchase and made her feel super comfortable asking questions. One of the best car buying experiences I have had!!! We did all our paperwork with Nate Mikhlin, he was knowledgeable and great to work with. Again a-z this was a home run car buying experience

Oil change scam!
I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester for over $26000. I received three free oil changes with the purchase. I noticed the car was running on the hot side. When I got the car home from the oil changes, I noticed I had been shorted 1 quart of oil each time I took the vehicle in. I said nothing to see if this was a fluke, but it wasn't. If you promise your customers anything, it should be done properly not in a slip shot way. If you cheat in a small way, you cheat in a large way. Trust goes both ways!

Dan Penick is stellar!
Buying a car is something I have never looked forward to; the process has always brought me anxiety. The perks of an updated vehicle was exciting but the idea of dealing with a “car salesman” and trying to find a good fit stressed me out. Dan was a very pleasant surprise and made the process actually enjoyable. He was flexible in the moment, empathetically listened, and didn’t try to push me into anything that I wasn’t comfortable with. Dan made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable with my new vehicle prior to driving off the lot with it. He took time to answer all of my questions and has been incredibly supportive, even after purchasing the car. A total rockstar! Dan even taught my mom some valuable tidbits about her Subaru that she had no clue about and she has had her car for several years. My mom and step-dad will be coming to Dan to get their next car and I will too (if I ever get rid of my Outback). I highly recommend Dan and all of the other guys who helped me with this process. Everyone was kind and helpful. Thank you for making me feel safe and secure Dan!
