Outstanding Service
from our Sales Rep, to the Financial service manager, to all the staff that we meet on the day of picking up the new RVR, they were all so friendly and courteous. I have had dealings with us car dealers but Mitsubishi has been the best.

SUV purchase
Was great experience ! Dylan was awesome. Always answered our many questions in an extremely timely manner. Always made time for our phone calls and us when we droppped in unannounced. Morgan and Sarah was great as well :) Overall a great experience and super happy with our new suv.

Unbelievable
The experience in dealing with everybody from the moment I stepped through the door until I drove my new outlander out of the garage was absolutely first rate hence the outlander. Lol. Thanks to Holly, Dylan, and Morgan and the rest of the Mitsubishi team.

Excellent service

Exceptional service
My experience buying a vehicle from Capital Mitsubishi was wonderful. My salesman Robert Inder was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful over the phone while I was out of town. He made sure that I understood my options and provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. All the staff at Mitsu were very kind and welcoming as well. I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to get my new RVR ready for me. I test drove on a Monday and picked it up on a Wednesday! I was very appreciative and grateful for that. During my time out of town, Robert sent me photos over the phone and a few quotes for different models. Again, this experience was absolutely great.

My over experience with both Morgan and Robert was exceptional
I recently purchased a new Mitsubishi RVR and I am more than satisfied,
the ride is excellent and it’s my very first experience ever driving a Mitsubishi vehicle. I don’t understand why I waited so long.
The service was incredible and Robert Inder my salesman and Financial Service Manager, Morgan Lye were both very personal, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish in making sure I got exactly what I was looking for.
I was very impressed with Robert’s dedication for taking the time and care in answering all my questions, I had many and showing me how all the features of the new vehicle worked. Morgan was equally impressed, guiding me through the financial process with professionalism and clarity and making me sure that I understood all of my financial obligations.
My entire experience was excellent and I truly appreciate the dedication and expertise of Morgan and Robert. If anyone is looking for exceptional customer service and a hassle-free financial process I highly recommend Capital Mitsubishi.
