Great Customer Service
Very satisfied with the servicing of our Hyundai. Our car was taken on time. I had a squeaking noise that they searched for. Thought they had solved the noise problem but when we drove away and the noise was still evident. We returned to the service department. The service manager and I took a ride and he heard the noise immediately. He personally woke on the car and fixed the noise problem.

Quick and easy
I was expecting a lot of nonsense but it didn’t happen. After dealing with the former staff in 2015 I had decided never do business with them again. I really enjoyed the experience from my last two visits and actually bought a 2021 Hyundai Elantra from them. I sure hope they keep the good attitude and service up to Hyundai standards.

Excellent and knowledgeable sales and service. Always happy to help, kind and considerate. An absolute fabulous product!! Love my 2021 Santa Fe Limited. I call Mr. Jerome Clay the car whisperer, went in to look at a different model, which was very nice and then Mr. Clay assured me I should at least check out this particular vehicle and it was a match made in heaven. I LOVE this car. Great performance and all the bells and whistles. So nice I have named her Lovey! Very grateful to have such wonderful support and service for my sweet Lovey right here in Jacksonville.

Expect to wait a long while!
Expect to wait a while and be told you need to do maintenance on third visit. I’ve owned a Santa fee in the past and never needed this much maintenance. Also an oil change scheduled at 8:30 am shouldn’t take until 10:45.

I Always have great service from the time of purchashing my vehicle to any and all maintenance appointments. There friendly and helpful. They offer me courtesy rides when necessary. They work around my work schedule. Love my Hyundai and love my Hyundai team that takes care of all my car needs.

This dealership gives a all around better service to me than any other dealership I have been to with my vehicle. They are kind and helpful no matter what is going on with my vehicle. They jump right on it as fast as they can to provide me with complete details and they can fix any problems that my Hyundai might be having. I bought my vehicle there and they have kept it going for me sense 2013. And you can bet if I buy another vehicle it will be Hyundai. This is my second one now. And I really enjoy everything about it and my service people there.

Thank you for answering the Hyundai questionnaire. I have looked into your concern and this what i found. The tech notes show that the Tires were not rotated because your rear tires are in worst shape then your front tires. It also shows that we recommended tires to fix this issue and you declined. Great response to a low star rating; however, change takes time.
After a low rating, I received an unexpected call. I appreciated the concern and care regarding the low rating which is why I am giving a high rating. We will see in the future if there are improvements in customer service and customer relations. I look forward to continue business with Hyundai, even though it took a low rating to get some potential action.
