Back to new in less time than estimated
All of our interactions went very well - the people we talked with were courteous and informative. The earliest appointment was a week from the date when we talked with them, but they then completed the repair in three days, rather than the week+ they had estimated. The side panel over the front passenger wheel had been bent in and had to be replaced and painted. The car now looks like nothing happened to it! We only have one car, and very much appreciated being taken home and then picked up again by their courtesy shuttle, both times very promptly.

Front end Deer damage ‘23 Subaru Forester Wilderness
Kevin and the entire team took excellent care of me and my Subaru. Great communication, repairs completed quicker than anticipated and I got my Subaru back looking brand new again!! I feel safe and confident knowing they are a certified Subaru repair shop and do every safely check required from Subaru of America to ensure that my Subaru is working like it should be. I can’t even tell my Subaru was in an accident! Incredibly grateful for all who were involved in the process!!

Fabulous customer service
It took a long time to complete the repairs. The customer service and communication I was provided got me through that I only wish I could be as impressed with #1 the dealership I purchased my car at and 2 Subaru dealerships I have interacted with.
