Riggins' folks take very good care of my Honda FIT which needed an oil change. It was recommended that the new synthetic used for the oil change be used and I did what was suggested. I was told it would only take an hour for the entire procedure and that is exactly what it took.
I am very pleased to be up-to-date with the new synthetic oil (change), which is now the best to use in one's auto. I am especially pleased I was told about this.
The Riggins' crew from the persons in the office to the people who do the maintenance of automobiles and trucks are pleasant, polite, and inform one if any changes need to be made about in one's automobile care.

Quick flat tire assistance
Riggins Cape May was sent out by Chevy Road Assistance to help me with flat tire away from home. The response time was much quicker than forecast and the driver/mechanic was very polite, quick, thorough and helpful in recognizing the nail in the tire wall and installed the "donut" replacement. He was very clear with driving instructions with the smaller temporary tire. When asked about a local garage, he referred me to Riggins Cape May.
When I got to Riggins Cape May the counter staff and mechanic were very quick and efficient in installing the new tire.
I was very pleased EVERY step of this encounter. Thank You

Soooo glad I found them.
I’m a Cape May newbie in that my wife and I moved here FULL TIME December 2020. Soon thereafter we needed good auto mechanics. Since Riggins was very convenient and also where we got our gas, we took a chance, starting with simple oil changes and maintenance, with both our late model vehicles. They have NEVER steered us wrong and have provided us with consistently superior service, including advising us when it was FINALLY time to trade in our 185,00 mile 2013 Toyota Rav 4. They’re the real deal and I recommend them highly. They don’t overcharge and tell you when something is more serious than you thought. .And they explain everything!
Side note: I had a nail in my tire a couple years ago and went there for help. Nail removed, tire plugged - 5 minutes . What do I owe you I asked. Nope, we’re good! And of course it’s good business sense, too.

Trust worthy, kind and humorous folks. They will not let you continue to throw good money after bad when your auto is on its last legs. And they are also totally tuned in to servicing your late model vehicles. They live by their reputation.

Great job!
I waited for a short period of time for my front window washer to be replaced. Someone delivered the part that was needed for which I was very grateful. I also want to thank the male person at the inside desk for answering my questions and the person(s) who worked on my 2013 Honda Fit . I am very appreciative of everyone who helped. I was gone in 30 minutes!
