Very shortly after I sent in my request, an email from the general manager came through to my inbox asking when I'd like to come in. Hesitantly, I suggested a Friday morning that was only 2 days away; I assumed I'd be rejected or be strung along that whole day only to have my car not be taken care of until the following Monday.
