They stand behind their warranty
We have used them for oil changes in the past, so when the transmission went out while driving on 515 on a Saturday, I called them for a tow. They came right away and then on Monday, called with the results of their diagnostic tests as well as a recommendation and firm estimate. The 10 year old car could only get a re-built transmission, which came with a three year warranty. We had problems after a few months, and they replaced the transmission again at no charge, and quickly. I may have gotten the work done more cheaply elsewhere, but I like supporting small businesses in my community whenever I can. I appreciate their dedication to service and making the customer happy!

Back to Back First Time Service
No negative surprises. Fast, professional and efficient service. I took in two vehicles within one week, both for oil changes. One of my pet peeves about oil changes is when they forget to reset the electronic reminder in the vehicle and / or they forget to replace the window sticker reminder. Cannon Automative remembered both items on both vehicles! :-)
