My 69 SS Camaro, 87 high performance 442, and 2006 Maxima have been running very well because of this shop
I found this gem of an auto repair shop pretty much by lucky chance. My olds 442 had good tires but they were very old and one imploded on Route 8. I hobbled off the thruway, searched for the nearest repair shop - noticed Commissa’s was only 1/2 mile away - met Bob and liked his demeanor and have been going here almost exclusively last 10 years. I have cars that are 55, 37 and 19 years old and while someplaces balk at working on them, COMMISSAS never complains and fixes my classics right. They made a great move hiring Nico within the last few years as he is very easy to work with. I met the mechanic Mark today who saved me money on the 442 by diagnosing a recent problem was not what I thought and we are going a different route. We also had a nice conversation about older muscle cars. Lenny I could have sworn I knew in my childhood but if not, he sure feels like an old friend. Every one here is VERY knowledgeable about cars. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!’

Enjoyable and very satisfying
First time there had an urgent emissions issue that no one could solve they took in van and found and fixed issues and it passed emissions before temporary registration expired Nico very accommodating and everyone very friendly Thanks guys

Fast and super helpful!
Cammisa’s Garage did a great job with my car. They were fast and were great communicating and getting back to me. It was my first time there and they made me feel like a life long customer. If I ever have any other issues with my car I will definitely be bringing it back to them.
