UPON RESEARCHING IT ON GOOGLE. HOWEVER TAKING MY CAR THEIR SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE. ZACK WAS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ME. AND EXPLAINE THINGS TO ME. EVENING TAKING ME IN THE SHOP AND SHOWING ME THE PROBLEM. OR TELLING ME WHY I DO NOT NEED A CERTAIN PART AT THIS TIME.THIS TIME HE WAS OFF DUE TO HIS DAUGHTERS GRADUATING. SO I DELT WITH NICK. THEY DID A DIAGNOSTIC ON THE FRONT WINDOW FOR 160.00. I ALSO REQUESTED HAVING THE FREON CHECKED IN MY A/C. FOR THAT, I WAS CHARGED 177.39. MY A/C WORKS NO DIFFERENT THAN WHEN I TOOK IT IN. MY WINDOW SWITCH WAS REPLACEMENT FOR JUST THE DRIVER SIDE WAS 241.95. I KNOW AUTO REPAIRS ARE NOT CHEAP. HOWEVER I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS. I ALSO TOOK IN COUPONS. WHICH I SEE NO WHERE THEY WERE APPLIED. I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO CHECK MY INVOICE. AS I WAS LATE GETTING TO MY 91 YEAR OLD FRIEND WHO NEEDED ME. I WAS SO HAPPY TO FIND THIS PLACE. DO TO BEING A SENIOR FEMALE. I FELT THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND FAIR. I RECOMENDED CAS TO MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I WAS SO DISSAPPOINTED AND UNHAPPY WHEN I GOT HOME I CRIED. EVERYONE I SPOKE WITH SAID THOSE PRICES SOUNDED INSANE. OH YES, I FAILED TO MENTION I ALSO ASKED WHY MY STEREO KEPT QUITTING. I WAS TOLD IT WAS WIRED WRONG. I TOLD NICK THE STEREO HAS BEEN IN THE CAR SINCE I GOT IT WITH NO PROBLEM. HE SAID THEN IT MUST HAVE A LOOSE WIRE. END OF STORY. GOOD THING I DIDNT PAY FOR THAT ADVICE. I JUST DONT HAVE THE WORDS. EXCEPT GOING FROM THINKING THEY WERE THE BEST. TO NOW HAVING TO SEARCH OUT ANOTHER SHOP. MY LATE HUSBAND WAS THE BEST MECHANIC AROUND. I MISS HIM DEARLY. BUT GLADI TOOK ENOUGH INTEREST TO LEARN AND HAVE HIM TEACH ME A GREAT DEAL ABOUT AUTOMOBILS
