Absolutely the best customer service and mechanics that do the job above and beyond what other places do. No pressure sales but always gives recommendations (if any are found) and also are totally upfront and will tell you if something isn’t needed. We have taken our 2014 VW Passat to Cal Auto over the last 5 years or so. Button on my dashboard for my heater was stuck but I thought I needed a new heater. Well they were honest enough to tell me that and not try to upsell us. We’ve always had really good service and super friendly and it’s nice to know that you can always trust their mechanic. And Natalie is a sweetheart.
