Fantastic Customer Experience and Professional Mechanics
Owner-Operator auto shop that prioritizes customer experience and top quality service through their combined decades of experience. I'm usually hesitant to visit auto body shops due to my lack of knowledge and vulnerability to being priced out the door.
I decided to visit Cal West after I received a referral from a good friend of mine. My 2019 Silverado was having transmission issues and was barely out of warranty. The crew at Cal West ran a diagnostic and informed me that we had to do a transmission fluid swap but they didn't have the equipment to complete it for me vehicle. I took their report to a local dealer for service and was very confident in what I needed to be done.
400 miles after the repair, I have not had any issues!
