Only replace items needed. The widow who owns the car was very pleased
The pictures showed the broken parts and the price to replace was reasonable. Your customer was very pleased.


There are only two shops in Fresno I will recommend and yours is one.

Honest...yes...fair.......no
So start off by saying that i feel that they are an honest company. Took my car in because I had no idea what the issue was. To me cars are cars and that’s pretty much all I know about them. They could have easily told me a ton of problems popped up and that I needed all kinds of repairs. But they didn’t, they told me nothing was detected and probably just a fuel mixture problem. That being said they did find a problem with my axel and it was causing the issue that I had originally brought in for a “clicking sound”. To have this repaired, it was going to be way cheaper than I had budgeted, so I elected to do some routine maintenance suggested, to increase the life of my car. I had the routine maintenance along with the clicking problem repaired. But the problem I had is that it was almost under inspected. I took it in for the clicking noise that occurred when I turned left or right. They told me that they found the problem and it was my left joint and repairing that would eliminate the sound. So that is why I elected to do the extras (because it was less than I budgeted!) Problem is that when I took the car and drove it, it still makes the same sound on the right! If they had fully inspected the vehicle they would have seen my right one was bad also and in that case I would have chose to have both sides repaired, rather than just the left and routine maintenance. So basically my budget was destroyed because of the routine maintenance that could have waited....Now I have to come up with more money to have the right joint fixed. Real bummer cause i thought I found a good honest repair shop and it was blown due to an “under-inspection”. I asked if there was anything they could do to right this and he said no it was an existing condition...well duh if you would have found it the first time then that’s all I would have had done. Just out about $400 on this one. Chalked up to another life lesson i guess.

We strive to ensure our customers have a positive experience when doing business with us. The initial clicking was very noticeable and we were able to identify the driver front axle as main cause. The clicking we heard when we test drove with you the next day, took several very specific turns to only the right to duplicate the clicking. Non the less we don’t want anyone leaving here felling they learned a “life” lesson. I have reached out this morning to follow up with you. The best kind of mechanic!
My whole family loves CADS because they are honest, careful, and conservative in their repairs. They don't do things we don't need. They listen carefully when we bring our vehicles in. They stand behind their work. And they are an awesome family! We have recommended them to our friends!

I feel the job was done satisfactorily. However, I do think the $149.00 diagnose charge was excessive. Roberto had already diagnosed the ignition problem when he came to my residence to check the car before it had to be towed the 2nd time. I do appreciate Roberto taking the time to come. to

I am glad we were able to get your vehicle back on the road. We don't offer mobile service but we do strive to help customer whenever possible even going above and beyond our normal services such as in this case. Roberto was able to identify lack of spark or ignition problem, however a indept diagnostic was performed to find the root cause of the issue and which compoents of the ignition system were in need of replacement. There was no charge for him to show up at your house, just out of courtesy.  I hope this helps clarify the need to the diagnostic time and charge. I am also glad you were able to use our shuttle service through business lyft we are starting to provide. Have a great day and thanks for taking the time to give us a review.
