GREAT buying experiance
This is my second Cadillac XT5. I highly recommend using Ian McMurren as your Sales associate. He was highly professional and the whole purchase ran smoothly .

We Walked away from a sale.
This is our 3rd, first 2 great, dealer (Ali Haider) did not follow directions in regards to the earnest money causing problems and us walking away from a 3rd sale. Ali was worried about getting a good review, well here you ago.DID NOT empathize with the situation, bummer. We were pressured by the new car sales manager (Jad Qaqish) that we needed to get money down after we offered to have a family member bring more than enough money a few days ago to hold and we were told that was okay and to find out it is not. Very POOR CRAPPY service!!!!

Walked away from a sale

cadillac escalade
i just want to say that these guys are really awesome at Cadillac of Bellevue , even though i live in Portland they brought the car to me .They were very fair with my trade in and they treated me with great respect and when i had a problem with the car , they were very willing and even went out of their way to make sure i was taken care of and happy . Steve the manager , Nick and Colton are the guys i had to deal with and all of them were super super nice and my wonderful experience with them is the reason i will go back to them when i want to buy another cadillac .

Ian mcmurren and Andrew in finance
Great place to buy! I went in with cash and good credit but no loan history and Ian mcmmurren and Andrew in finance worked with the banks to get me the car I wanted. It was a pain in the ass for them, but they were exceedingly helpful and never pushy. I’m glad I bought my car from those guys.

Fantastic buying experience
These guys are awesome- Coulton and sales manager Jeff-- totally non pressure, capable of answering every question I had- as I had gone to the dealer just to have a look at Cadillac- compare to the Mazda or perhaps Suburu I was considering to buy- however a friend had a Cadillac and loved the dealership in Bellevue so we figured just check it out- Surprisingly the Cadillac was much more modern/sporty then I had expected- interior was fantastic- extremely elegant and I was kinda taken back as the car was so nice. Working with Coulton and Jeff was totally relaxed and I could sense they would do whatever they could to make this deal happen- so suddenly here I am in a new Cadillac Xt4 and I freaking LOVE this car- growing up with the old Fleetwoods and Seville I had not expected the new Cadillac to be so modern and in style- I highly recommend you check the Cadillac out before making a car purchase--you will be surprised- and as I said Coulton and Jeff are so easy to work with- can't say enough great things about these guys!
