When I followed up to move forward with the repair, I was then told by Haiver, he's too busy and could no longer honor what we had discussed. What bothered me most was the way it was handled. When I reminded him that we had specifically discussed 2 days and ordering the bumper beforehand, he hung up the phone on me.
I understand that a shop can get busy and schedules can change, but don't agree to an arrangement with a customer and then handle the situation this way when they rely on what you told them. Hanging up on a potential customer was extremely unprofessional and completely changed my opinion of this business. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
