I rented a Trailer from Busy Bee to help my fiancé. I also wanted a utility dolly. However I just had hip replacement and needed help putting it in the truck. I asked the girl and she told me to do it my self very rudely sitting there. Another Girl came around the desk and said no I’ll take it for you. I learned the girl that helped me was training and the rude girl was training her. However it seems it should be the other way around. This girl struggled but she got that big utility dolly situated for me. Thank you Hannah for your kindness. As a business owner myself it’s hard to find an employee who truly understands customer service. Her sticking up for me and doing her job well I give this place 5 stars and will continue to come back.
