We had these guys put in a new transmission in early 23, for 5200.00, and purchased insurance if it failed in a year or so. three months afterward, it went out and it cost us 300.00 to have it towed to their shop. which they refused to refund. They also used the insurance to replace the one they installed just 3 months before. Fast forward 3 years later, two more transmissions, and it is going out again, since Dec of 25. Its been in their shop for a total of 6 months out of the 3 years. we also paid them for other work that was supposed to fix our problem, which it didn't. They finally told us that too bad so sad, they wouldn't do anything. We still have a truck that doesn't work..
