I was rear-ended by a distracted driver while stopped at a red light. I wanted my Subaru repaired by Subaru certified repair shop with original Subaru parts. Burbank Collision center did a good job. It was easy to deal with them. I gad to change my drop off date several times snd they were cery accommodating. They kept me updated on repair progress and were very close to the estimated time frame. They also washed my car after the repair was done, which was a very nice touch.
