Daphne said the business installed an alternator belt without getting her permission. As a result, her final bill increased from $300 to $400. They charged her $99 for the belt, which was an overcharge. She called the Nissan dealership and a used alternator belt cost $15 and a new one is $30. She has been calling this business but no one has answered the phone. She would not recommend the business because they are not sincere.

     I am very sorry to hear that you are upset with our service, I personally would never use a used alternator belt, but that is at your discretion. As far as part cost and labor cost, I personally did the best I could with the price. Did you happen to ask them what they would charge you for a new alternator with a lifetime warranty? I am pretty sure that would be above 400 alone, but feel free to stop by, or call, because there is not a phone call that I miss.

Brian said this business provided great service without any issues. This business was very friendly and had good people to deal with. Mike said he took his vehicle in for them to fix it. When he got home, he still had the same problem, so he called them. They sent a tow vehicle right over and had it towed in. They were very prompt.
