Worst service.
Honestly from the reviews I read I expected stellar service but it’s been barely mediocre to say the least. They got me in quick to check my car out but I’ve been waiting on a diagnostic report for well over a week and then to lie and state I would need an engine replacement cause my engine is having so many issues is completely enraging when I got a second opinion with a complete diagnostic that only stated it was a misfire and new spark plugs would fix this problem especially seeing as I was going through an assistance program. It’s giving this place ultimately just did not want to fix the car which all in all could have just been expressed prior to the wasteful time. They never answer the phone, return voicemails or emails and it’s almost disheartening especially after seeing other people had better experiences. I’m truly disgusted in my experience with them. Oh it has now been over a week and still no diagnostic report. Interesting…
