Denial of Damage to My 2000 Corvette Passenger Leather Seat Cushion
I expected that Buddy Doyle Clinic would deny damaged to my seat. There were no present damage to my interior nor seat cushion when they received it. I have kept this car in like new condition for 20 years. And, I have no reason to falsely accuse this company of anything. However, I am disappointed with the way they treated the interior of my car. I will repair my seat. Moreover, I will take my business else where in the future. I made the mistake of not inspecting
my car before paying for the repairs because I trusted this company and have done business with them for years. This was a lesson well learned.

Technician punctured my passenger original leather seat cushion and did not tell me of damage.
The technician did not protect the interior of my corvette even after I placed covering on the seat to protect it. I have had my corvette for 20 years and felt that Buddy Doyle Clinic would have been concern. Now my leather seat cushion will have to be repaired.

Mr. Ross we treat our customers vehicles like they are our own. Taking pride in the work we perform for all of our customers. The vehicle was brought to us with the center counsel opened up with many wire exposed and damage. There was work was done before we even laid eyes on the vehicle. You were present when the work was completed and inspected the vehicle afterwards. If damage was noticed it should have been brought to our attention then. We are positive the damage did not happen in our shop.
