Smooth Lease Process
My husband and I were pleased to have had Kayla Bruno reach out to us as our first lease was approaching its end, and we scheduled an appointment to test drive a new Kona. Kayla was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't make us feel rushed. We're delighted with our Kona.

Absolutely horrible!
I had an appointment a month before hand to get a fixed on my car. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early. I was the first one there. I had waited six hours when they came out to let me know they had lost my paperwork and the repair had not even been started. I let them know I had taken a day off of work to get it done and asked if they could please do it anyway they came back 30 minutes later and said that they had not even ordered the parts yet. They said they would get the parts in right away and give me a call, it’s been a week and a half almost 2 weeks now and I haven’t heard a thing.

Great salesperson
Kayla bruno was a pleasure to work with. She was patient while it took me 4 days to make the deal on my Santa Cruz. She kept in contact with me ,without be too persistent. She a had a good knowledge of the vehicle, but was quick to get help from others when she didn't have an answer. She is very friendly and personable. Good luck with your career

I paid for a part and labor to have it installed, but didn't receive an invoice for the part. I made repeated requests, both through E-Mail and by phone for it, and received no response by mail, but re-assurance by phone ( Pls. note that only certain documentation will be considered by State Farm Insurance for claims made, which was my attempt.). It was only when I filled out a similar review that I was contacted by Abel. He was understanding and managed to send me what I needed to complete my claim. I had mentioned during our conversation the possibility of either fraud or incompetence. He attempted to defend his staff members, and I stated " I won't tolerate fraud, but I will forgive incompetence." That's where I stand in this matter, and believe we're cool. Thanks Abel!

Transmission failure work.
The Hyundai Case Management system at the corporate office caused the experience in replacing my transmission horrible. Lack of prompt communication and action resulted in my car repair taking three months. Dealership doesn't provide ride assistance or loaner vehicles. Corporate office response time was awful.

... if you've got an entire afternoon to waste...
This location was closest to where we live and at that it is still an hour and 45 minute drive! But from this point on I would rather make the 3-hour drive to Portland then to ever visit this location again! The service personnel are not friendly or welcoming. We were left standing outside and were never invited to go inside and have a seat considering it was raining - we finally had to make our own way inside and figure out where to sit and wait....and wait...and wait! The service desk staff are very unfriendly and mad looking. It took over 30 minutes for the service personnel to take our vehicle back for service! It took over 2 hours and 15 minutes to get an oil change with absolutely no status updates or explanations or expected time of completion during that time. At the two hour mark, I text the service advisor and asked for the status on our vehicle and I didn't get a response. During our wait Blue Link sent multiple notifications of our panic alarm being set off, which is disconcerting because you would think service personnel would know better than to be setting off your cars panic alarm multiple times! We were never notified after 2 hours and 15 minutes that our vehicle was complete, luckily we went to the service desk to ask for an update where we were handed a receipt, no explanation, no "sorry it took us almost 3 hours for a simple oil change".. no niceties.... nothing! In all my experience with all my new and used vehicles at any dealership any where, as a courtesy to the new car buyer the vehicle is ALWAYS vacuumed, run through the wash and there are always protective paper floor mats in the car and basic trash items thrown out or collected in a small bag... NOT HERE! I will never take my vehicle or recommend anybody to take the vehicle to this location for service!

Poor customer service with delayed repair time, 3 months.
Time was not adhered to and repairs took 3 months after problem was not diagnosed properly. Vehicle was not washed upon return after car sat in the shop for a prolonged time. Unsatisfactory service and completely disappointed. Nothing was offered or provided to give better customer service or make up for the attitude given or bad and lengthy service time.

Good service, scheduling is challenging
Service is good, people are helpful, courteous and professional. The challenging part is scheduling service within the warranty window when the only open times are 3+ weeks out. Also the conflicting service interval messages create confusion.

Fixed the problem
Got a much better explanation of what went wrong with the car and how they fixed it. Wonderful roadside assistance program, and a speedy fix to the car. A great warranty experience overall.
