Service
Most everything went great. We used the shuttle service and both drivers were very friendly thanks for providing the service. Had breakfast at Corner Cafe they picked us up as soon as we called. Joey was on break when we returned. We have a couple of issues that need to be addressed so we had to return to question if it needed to be taken care of now. But when we went back the young lady said we could have the service done on our next trip we just would have liked to have known to save second stop at your place. Really like Clary care we drive from Brush Prairie which is outside of Vancouver wa for your service thanks Janice Tooley

I came in with 2 problems
I was very happy with the service I received. Joey listened to my concerns and gave me an idea of how long it would take to check out the problem and get back to me. On his callback he had determined that one problem needed a part that he would order and we would need to get more information to take care of it
Everyone was friendly and efficient.

Good overall - some minor flaws
Joey Thomas was great, he did exactly what I wanted for the service after I just wanted an oil change and didn’t know if I entered the correct service during online scheduling. The car wash was half effort, sides are good but back of car was barely washed. I was told that my tires were rotated and when I left, my hubcap fell off, I was able to recover it but the latches are broken and not reattach-able.

Routine maintenance
Was a good experience for the most part. They had been told multiple times that the lite over the cargo area kept falling out on the phone. Now I have to wait and bring it in again to have it replaced, could this have been ordered ahead of time? The only other thing was on the paperwork that I was handed as I Left it said the brakes will need attention. What does that even mean, next week, next month, next year? We bought the car used but had only 16k and now has 21k. Would have been nice to go over it with the service advisor so I would know what the issues were and how soon they would need to be fixed.
