Very welcoming and respectful staff. Always take my vehicle in at appointed time. Diagnose the problem, fix it as quickly as possible and then I'm on my way again. Provide very good estimate to repair once they diagnose the problem. Keep u informed throughout the process. Very clean comfortable waiting area for those that wait. Definitely continue to use them as my go to auto repair
I have been a customer of Buckley's for 9 years now. They are the only mechanic shop that is no bs shop. When my jeep was on its last leg Charlie told me he would no longer fix it because it was just not worth it. I got a new to me vehicle in 3 weeks after that. They then worked on my chevy cruise for the last 6 years. I now take my grandma's kia and I will never go anywhere else. I get quality service for what I am charged. I have never felt like I was over charged for a service. I have and will always recommend them to my friends and family. I love the Buckley's team.
My car needed a NYS inspection and a few small repairs to allow it to pass. As in the past Buckley's had my vehicle back to quickly. 2 days and with a cost I can afford. Earning me being there loyal customer for as long as I need.
Took my car in inspection, found issues with front brakes and rotors. Got the parts and had it repaired within an hour. I really appreciate the honesty and the urgency to get me back on the road.
