Responsive to urgency
Murphy's law played out as my Suburu's tire had developed a slow leak which worsened during a week it was needed for multiple deliveries. Bruce's staff offered to repair the leak the same day. They also took note of a less urgent grease leak and scheduled me in for repair in a less hectic upcoming week.

first timer, outstanding service!
I was recently referred to Bruce's by a friend after the Mercedes dealer quoted an absurdly high price for strut and brake work. Ken was able to source a combination of OEM and aftermarket components and bring the costs in line. The work was outstanding, delivered on time at a reasonable cost, and flawless. The car drives like new and with new Continental True Contact tires, handles like a dream, particularly on wet roads. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience!

Work on my suspension system
A part broke while they were working on my suspension system that was not part of the repair . They replaced the part at no cost to me. They could easily have lied to me about the situation instead they took responsibility and fixed the issue!
